Sacred Bodywork
Tiff sees the human body as she sees the earth body, a sacred space that needs regular nourishment, healing, honoring, and conscious awareness. Tiff seeks to provide a safe, nurturing and consciousness awakening space for her clients to find peace in their own bodies and spirit. Tiff loves seeing some of the profound transformations that can happen with this work, or the simple practice it creates of bringing people into their bodies in a way where they can feel good there.. Here, clients often can leave feeling more empowered to become a stronger force for whatever unique contributions they hold in creating a better world around them and within. This kind of conscious bodywork can often shift energetic imprints or patterning that can get trapped in the physical and emotional body. Tiff also values making bodywork something that all people can receive, not just a luxury. She offers sliding scale based on income and can also occasionally offer donation based work to clients in need.
Therapeutic Massage
Using deep tissue techiniques like Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Techinque, clients who respond well to some deep pressure and are looking for more resolve to chronic areas of tension often find this kind of focus work more beneficial in the long term.
Sometimes, going this deep can also bring out deeper emotions that may be trapped behind those surfaces. Tiff has 20 years of experience in holding space for people moving through the range of emotions, so you can feel held and honored without judgement in this place, if it were to arise.

Relaxing Massage
Some clients are just looking for more of an energetic shift and to be held in this safe gentle way that can still have striking results. Tiff can work with lighter pressure, creating more space around the muscles with cleansing and detoxifying movements. Some gentle MFR and Craniosacral Therapy can be added here for energetic subtle shifting of chronic fascial issues. Upgrades with aromatherapy can be added, as well as Sound Healing.

Polarity Therapy
Tiffa is a Certified Polarity Practioner. Polarity Therapy works with some massage, crystals, and energetic touch corresponding to the elements of the earth, chakra systems, and accupressure points. It helps realign the body energetically and physically to help heal the whole system and can even keep disease at bay. This practice often brings a sustained sense of relaxation, quieting the mind and bringing peace, harmony and the renewed energy to manifest your dreams. Tiffa also combines Sound Healing into her sessions and the intake is longer then in regular massage.

Custom Bodywork
Tiffa's preferred specialization, intuitively bringing all bodywork modalities to harness the sacred work that seems most appropriate for each client. This collage can either be laid out before the session with the client or come through in the moment through aligned communication with Tiff and the client. Tiff has an understanding and love for how the different mediums work together and can also combine Sound Healing and animistic work, like Plant Spirit medicine and Niasziih Healing into these sessions.

Covid 19 Precautions:
Continuing to practice healing work during a pandemic feels important to me, so I am doing what I can to be of service and to create a safe environment. I use a fan and a Hepa air filter and enact a screening process.
Due to the nature of close contact of bodywork, I wear a kn95 masks while in indoor spaces during close contact with my clients.
